Life Chapters:
Capturing Your Story

A Six-Week Journey of Memory and Meaning

What wouldn't you give to sit with your grandmother today and ask her all the questions you wish your younger self had asked? To know more about her journey, her dreams, her everyday moments?

Now imagine someone in your future wanting to know your story.

Join us for a unique six-week course where you'll capture the chapters of your life - not just the milestone moments, but the texture and flavour of your experiences, the small details that make your story uniquely yours.

Course Details

- 6 weekly sessions (online)

- 90 minutes per session

- Small group format (maximum 8 participants)

- Optional sharing in a supportive environment

- Both digital and traditional documentation methods welcome

What You'll Experience

There's something magical about sharing stories in an intimate circle. Our small group format (maximum 8 participants) creates a protected space where memories can surface and stories can unfold naturally. While sharing is always optional, many participants find that hearing others' stories awakens their own forgotten memories.

Each week combines gentle memory triggers, guided writing time, and optional small group sharing.

You'll discover how music, objects, photos, and other prompts can unlock forgotten stories and precious memories.
